This policy explains what information Globalbiz Solutions LTDA ("Globalbiz," "we," "us") collects when you purchase or use Globalbiz CRE Academy, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Purchase information: your email address and transaction details, received from our payment/affiliate platform (JVZoo) and payment processor (Stripe) when you buy the Course.
• Account information: your email address, used to send you a login link and identify your account.
• Course progress: which lessons you've viewed or completed, quiz results, and certificates earned, so your progress is saved to your account and available across devices.

We do not collect or store payment card details ourselves -- that's handled entirely by Stripe.

How we use it

To give you access to the Course you purchased, save your progress, respond to support requests, and meet our own accounting and legal obligations. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the Course work: our payment/checkout platform (JVZoo), payment processor (Stripe), hosting provider (Netlify), and database provider (Supabase). Each processes data under their own privacy terms as our data processor.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or the CCPA respectively; contact us and we'll honor applicable requests.

Data retention

We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account is active, and purchase records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
