These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Globalbiz CRE Academy (the "Course"), operated by Globalbiz Solutions LTDA ("Globalbiz," "we," "us"). By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

The Course is a one-time purchase that grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the educational content, calculators, case studies, and certificate of completion available through your account. It does not include a real estate broker, lender, or investment advisor license, and does not entitle you to resell, redistribute, or share your account access with others.

2. Account access

Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. You're responsible for keeping your login link and account secure. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts shared beyond a single individual user or used in violation of these Terms.

3. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for the full terms. In short: a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund window applies from the date of purchase.

4. Not professional advice

The Course is educational content only. See our Disclaimer for the full statement on what the Course is -- and isn't -- a substitute for.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the Course -- text, calculators, templates, case studies, and the Globalbiz name and logo -- is owned by Globalbiz Solutions LTDA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it outside your personal use of the Course.

6. Changes to the Course

We may update, expand, or modify Course content over time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Course after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globalbiz Solutions LTDA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course, including any business, financial, or investment decisions made based on Course content.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Course will be resolved under that jurisdiction.
